Please Note! If you are traveling by bus or train to reach our ferries, you are using a Joint Ticket. Please be aware that Songserm is a ferry operator only, and for some routes, we cooperate with ADV Tours to provide our customers with transfers to our ferries.

To ensure a safe and hassle-free journey, please take good care of your valuable belongings throughout your journey, regardless of whether you travel by bus or train. In the unfortunate event that you realize you have lost something after traveling with a Joint Ticket, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately. We will do our best to help you by getting in touch with the relevant bus or train company.

However, if you purchase your tickets from any tourist agency in Thailand, please note that these agencies are merely reselling our ferry tickets and may use their own transportation to bring you to our ferries. In such cases, please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise from these companies.
